Job Responsibilities / 工作內容:

1. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
2. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes
3. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
4. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
5. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
6. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
7. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
8. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
9. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
11. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
12. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
13. Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

1. 隨時更新所有職缺的工作內容與條件要求
2. 協助單位主管進行人才遴選,建立招募,測驗與面試流程來維持組織同仁素質,並進行離職面談與後續因果分析,提出有利於組織的人力規劃建議
3. 建立新人訓練課程與在職員工培訓計畫
4. 透過定期實施市場薪資調查,適時調整薪酬架構以維持市場競爭力,進行工作評估與制定薪資預算,掌握個別職位薪資支付計畫狀況
5. 協助單位主管指導與訓練員工,並協助完成單位員工績效考核管控,定期舉行勞資會議,提供同仁諮詢管道傾聽與解決員工困擾
6. 評估業界的員工福利趨勢,維護與更新員工福利計畫,設計附有教育性質的福利計畫,向管理階層推薦員工福利計畫,排解員工福利相關之糾紛,評估和簽署員工福利相關之廠商合約與預算管控
7. 實施適當的人力資源管理政策以確保符合政府法規要求,維護人力資源相關資料與紀錄,在勞資糾紛公聽會上代表資方出席
8. 在人力資源政策和方向上隨時提出更新與建議來輔助公司
9. 建立歸檔與資料管理機制,管理舊有與現今人事資料與相關異動記錄
10. 參與各式學術演討會以及相關專業社群以維持專業知識與技能,研讀專業文章期刊與書籍,建立人脈網
11. 在人力資源部內,透過合理的調度與分配工作以達到高效作業率,並隨時檢視部門內工作成果
12. 招募人力資源人員,指導與培訓人力資源部同仁
13. 透過指導與訓練部門同仁以及監控與評估同仁績效來穩定部門作業輸出
14. 完成人力資源相關之任務,努力對公司經營團隊做出貢獻

Requirements / 條件要求:

1. Work experience in foreign company or head hunting firms
2. Have worked in a company with at least 100-150 people
3. Able to access talents in the animation or creative field. The talent pool could potentially be coming from outside of Taiwan. Therefore, the incumbent would need to conduct interviews in English off working hours
4. 5+years in the recruiting, compensation and benefits experience
5. Able to communicate clearly, possess positive and proactive attitude and professional analytical ability

1. 外商或人事顧問公司之經歷
2. 曾任職於員工150人以上之公司
3. 有能力接觸動畫或創意相關領域之人才,國際人才尤佳,必須能在非工作時段面試(英文)
4. 五年以上招募經驗,有薪酬及員工福利相關經驗
5. 良好的溝通能力,態度正向並主動積極,有專業的分析能力
